We offer the right for you to opt-out of MyRadar processing your personal data for purposes of (1) targeted advertising; (2) the sale of personal data; and (3) profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you (note, however, that MyRadar does not engage in such profiling).

The following MyRadar practices may trigger this right to opt out under applicable laws. 

• The MyRadar Apps and Site process personal data for targeted advertising and share personal information with suppliers, subcontractors, or third-party marketing and analytics partners to enable targeted advertising and for analytics purposes.
• The MyRadar Apps sell precise geolocation data, along with other related data to enable targeted marketing, perform analytics, understand industry trends, and conduct research.  Note we only sell precise geolocation data with your consent.

MyRadar Apps

• Change Device Settings.  You or your authorized agent can withdraw your consent to having your precise geolocation data collected by changing the settings on your device (note that certain services may lose functionality as a result). 
• Activate Device Opt-Out Settings.  You or your authorized agent can activate your device’s opt-out settings.
• Activate App Opt-Out Setting.  You or your authorized agent can activate your App’s “Do not sell my personal information” feature or opt-out of ‘Analytics” in your Privacy Settings. 

MyRadar Site

• Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC).  This Site recognizes the GPC as an opt-out out from targeted advertising via the Site.  
• Block Cookies in Your Browser.  Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies, which allows you to manage targeted advertising.
